Delete your Sundry cloud account

Sundry works without an account. These instructions apply only if you turned on optional Secure Backup & Sync.

Delete inside Sundry

Apple account on iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Secure Backup & Sync.
3. Choose Delete cloud account and complete the fresh sign-in confirmation.

Discontinued Android edition: Sundry for Android was withdrawn from Google Play on 18 October 2026. An existing Android install keeps working offline, but Continue with Google sign-in is being switched off and the app's own Google-account deletion no longer works. Use the request route below to ask for that account and its encrypted data to be deleted.

Cloud deletion permanently removes the Supabase sign-in account, wrapped vault key, encrypted medication and response-event rows, and encrypted deletion markers from the live service. Medication already stored locally on each phone or tablet is left in place so the cloud action cannot unexpectedly erase an on-device cabinet.

If you cannot access the app

Email joshua.w.lyons@outlook.com with the subject Sundry cloud account deletion request. Send the request from the email address associated with Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, or tell us that you used Apple’s Hide My Email. We may ask you to complete a safe account-verification step before deletion.

What is retained

• Each local device copy remains until you delete those medications or uninstall Sundry on that device.
• Any JSON export you created remains wherever you saved it until you delete it there.
• Service security logs and managed encrypted backups may remain for their ordinary limited retention windows, as described in the privacy policy.
